Refund Policy

Refund policy is subject to prior written authorization, and reason for return . Defective items and dead on arrival items are still subject to a return authorization . If a restocking fee applies then that percentage will be deducted from the purchase amount and a refund given. This process can take 5 business days to complete , or longer depending on the location of the supplier. A shipping label will be created and only then can the item be retuned. All returns requested must be done before 30 days have passed from the date of purchase . Warranty items should be dealt with by the manufacturer of the product .
